Where are you getting these numbers from? The combined mpg sounds inflated and in addition you made a mistake regarding the Outlander PHEV. It’s estimated at 38 mi all electric range, not 24.

Seems like a poor comparison as it does not distinguish between hybrids and plug in hybrids. Woiuld be nice if they also included MSRP.

The title says Hybrid Suvs, yet you start off with PLUG IN Hybrid SUVs. Two totally Different things ! Plug in Hybrids need you to " Plug them in " with all the inconvenience that goes with finding and using chargers, and or installing charging systems at home.
Pure Hybrids, on the other hand, require nothing different than filling up at the Gas Station like you always have, BUT you get increased fuel mileage due to the engine charging the on board battery system, and the regenerative braking systems charging the battery, and the vehicle using whatever source it needs for the driving situation.
EVERY Vehicle on the Road from now on needs to be built as a Pure Hybrid...Not Plug in Hybrid !
Hybrids like the not mentioned Hyundai Santa Fe, or Hyundai Tucson are fantastic fuel savers, with power galore due to the battery hybrid boost, all while getting far better fuel mileage than their non-Hybrid counterparts.
