How to make cornflakes at home #quickandeasy Cornflakes #homemaderecipe
This is my second time making homemade cornflakes, had saw it on YouTube so I thought why not give it a try. I was very glad I did, this time I added some Vanilla extract and Cinnamon Powder. It tastes so delicious I must share with you Lovelies.
2 Cups Fine Cornmeal
1/2 Tsp Salt
2 Tbsp White or Brown Sugar
Sprinkle of Cinnamon Powder
Vanilla Extract
2 1/2 Cup Water
COOK WITH LOVE❤️
Preheat oven to 350 Degrees F. Add Parchment Paper or Foil to Bake Sheet.
FOR THE PARCHMENT PAPER BUTTER OR OIL PAN BEFORE LAYING IT DOWN SO IT CAN STICK.
Simply Combine everything together, into a pancake batter like consistency.
Combine 1/2 to 1tsp water into a breadcrumb consistency. Sprinkle over cornmeal. This will give it that texture look and extra crunchiness.
BAKE IN OVEN FOR at 350 middle rack. After 15 Minutes when you see the cracks remove, and let cool.
Break up into pieces (flakes).
ADJUST THE OVEN TO 250 AND PLACE TRAY BACK INTO OVEN FOR ABOUT 4O MINUTES UNTIL FULLY DRY AND CRISPY GOLD.
LET IT COOL AND STORE INTO A CLEAN DRY TIGHT LID CONTAINER. STORE INTO A COOL PLACE FIR 2 WEEKS. COOK WITH LOVE♥️ ENJOY!
