The recipe had to come from way back in time BEFORE our world was industrialized . I honestly don't think there isn't much that we can't make at home, we just have to learn how . So many recipes & other knowledge has been lost to time because they were not written down & because we are so industrialized . Not only do the majority of people live in a " food desert" but we all live in a "nutritional desert" because ofodern food processing methods . This is why so many people are going back to growing their own food as much as possible along with greedy corps raising prices on our food . Start writing your recipes down so the are not lost to time .

If you are sun drying, use a black plate or something which has been safely painted black (like a black plastic plate). Black absorbs heat faster, so will speed up the drying process. Also on a black surface, it's easier to see to scrape up the corn starch.
