The connections between Assassin's Creed and Watch_Dogs is much deeper. In Assassin's Creed, one of the main people from Abstergo Entertainment go to Chicago for a meeting and doesn't return. In Watch_Dogs, you have a mission to kill him. There are also documents you can find in Far Cry with thr Abstergo logo.

Not only is Watch Dogs alluded to being in the same universe as Assassin's Creed in Black Flag, but also in Assassin's Creed Origins. In Origins, at one point you can see a news article in the game about a hacker in Chicago killing Abstergo's then CEO on a highway, with a man wearing a trench coat and a baseball cap, who just so happens to be Aiden Pearce, the main protagonist of the first Watch Dogs. To further support this, there's an actual side mission in the game where players are tasked with killing him.

Not only is GTA and Bully connected, but so are Manhunt and Red Dead Redemption. You can find books authored by Jack Marston, as well as hear news reports and random throwaway lines about Carcer City.

The last of us is referenced in uncharted 3 as well. You can see on a newspaper "Scientists are still struggling to understand deadly fungus" in the bar at the start

The most obvious connection you missed was Wolfenstein and Doom are also connected thought another ID game - Commander Keen.
The main character Billy Blaze is BJ's grandson and Doomguy's ancestor.

Surprised Red Faction and Saint's Row haven't been mentioned. The connections between both series are pretty direct. Ultor Corp appears in both series as a major corporation. In Saint's Row, they appear as Law Enforcement, among owning many various other things. In Red Faction, they are the company that has colonized Mars, and the player is rebelling against them. At the end of Saint's Row The Third, the player ends up on Mars. Coincidence? I think not.

Arkane announced a couple months ago that Deathloop is set in the future of the Dishonored universe. It seemed obvious that the games were connected somehow even before this, considering the amount of set pieces the games share

There are a few more shared universes I can think of:
-Control and Alan Wake
-Crash Bandicoot, Spyro and the Skylanders
-Samurai Shodown and The King of Fighters
-Soul Calibur and Tekken

Fallout 4 and Skyrim being connected are possible through nirnroot existing in both timeliness. Brotherhood of Steel scientists have found it in the Fallout world but just refer to it as a 'strange plant' that has healing properties.

Far Cry 3 & AC
You can find a document about how the person doesn't trust "Abstergo'

Theres also Payday and Left4Dead.

In the hospital mission of Payday Heist you can see the witch zombie, a bunch of dead corpses moving, doctors trying to cure some sort of "virus", and while in the underground you can hear in the top the breakout happening, as you can hear people screaming and the sound of the zombies.

Condemned and F.E.A.R. are linked. In F.E.A.R. 2, during the opening mission, there are some statues in the building you enter that are all white and have a strange mouth gag on them. They are the same statues in the second condemned game that you have to photograph and appear in the museum level

Actually in Mass Effect, you don't land on Klendagon, but on it's moon Presrop, so it's Klendagon you see in Dragon Age Origins and the giant moon you see in Inquisition, is the Klendagon's other moon

The Watch_Dogs and Assassins Creed universe definitely is a thing considering the DLC for Watch_Dogs Legion you get an Assassin as a Dedsec team member who was going after the Frey family tomb with a Templar coming after them. Also one you did miss was Red Faction and Saints Row

Edit: To be specific, The Ultor company that appears in Saints Row 2 was the same company that appeared in the Red Faction series. To further cement it in the Hidden History thing with the Red Faction Brewery it explains that there was a rebellion that happened which Ultor had to step in

How could you link AC & Watchdogs through the Blume Easter egg but NOT mention Olivier Garneau?

He’s the boss of Abstergo Entertainment who goes missing according to some of the other messages you find. In Watch Dogs, however, there’s proof that the games are running concurrently: Garneau is one of the targets you kill in that game

Between Mimir asking Kratos about Playstation All Stars Battle Royale, the existence of realm travel, and Kvasir's poems, could you say that God of War shares a universe with a buttload of games? 😂

Let's not forget Control and Alan Wake are connected to the point where they might as well be sequels to each other

This was a pretty interesting list. I’m also always VERY happy about seeing Nier Automata referenced. Still holds a special place in my heart.

It is important to understand, though, that sometimes a shared asset or a piece of information might be no more than an "easter egg" from developers. Therefore, if you are into the lore and world logics of certain franchises, it's very important to know the official developers' opinion. Of course, this is only a problem for some hardcore fans.

The Dead Island remaster and the first Dying Light also come to mind, although this may be a matter of publicizing the latter which had recently released at the time. Some of the tour buses strewn all over the initial island have Harran references on them.
