Dunno if it counts but in Megaman Legends on the N64, if you are in the mall, you can actually find book or comic shelves that if you interact with it, it states “There are some dirty magazines on the racks… It might be fun to look at them.”, indicating Megaman is looking at porn magazines

In Pokémon red and blue there’s also a line where an old man is looking through the window of Erika’s gym (which only has trainers in it that are young women) and says, “There’s a lot a beautiful girls in there.” In Let’s Go Pikachu and Eevee, the line is changed to “There’s a lot of strong trainers in there.”
