There are so many mistakes you made.

1. The events from The Promise took place prior to the events from The Search. Therefore, Zuko and Aang's relationship was strained but they overcame that before going off into a search for Ursa.

2. Ozai was only willing to share with Azula about where Ursa could be. He didn't even bother about telling Zuko anything about Ursa.

3. It's not that Azula hasn't "forgiven" Zuko. Azula was playing around with Zuko as usual but she keeps having delusions about Zuko working with their mother. Also, it's actually their mother who she hasn't forgiven.

4. Kiyi is Zuko's half-sister, not stepsister since they both share the same mother.

5. Aang never owned a dragon. Only Zuko got to own one.
