Thank you for a great video series. The part about the order in which you eat food was news to me. I'm going to have to apply that.

I noticed some years ago that eating with chopsticks takes longer times than using knife and fork and you don't eat as much as you would when you are able to scoop it in fast. Your body and brain don't have time to react as you say in the video and that makes you eat more than you should. If you take your time and eat slowly (with chopsticks) you eat less and your body will have time to react and tell you when it had enough. Good way to shrink your portions. I try to practice this as often as I can. 😄
