How To Fix Boot or Startup problems - Your PC Ran Into a Problem... | Windows 11, 10 and 8

This video shows you how to fix a PC that does not want to start up. If you get the error message " Your PC Ran Into a Problem and Needs to Restart " or INACCESSIBLE BOOT DEVICE each time you try to turn on your PC then this video is for you. It features different ways to repair the system. One of those ways is restoring manually the registry. It works for Windows 11, 10 and 8.

The command lines:
- C: or D: (the letter of the hard drive or partition on which Windows is installed + (:))
- CD \windows\system32\config
- DIR
- MD BACKUP
- COPY *.* BACKUP
- CD REGBACK
- DIR
- COPY *.* ..
- A
- EXIT

Now my computer is just stuck at the windows loading screen.... Though, the Windows logo dissapeared, so it's just the white dots.

Sometimes I forced shutdown my PC. Now my PC go into bootloop. Everytime I start my PC blue screen appear and it says "your pc ran into a problem and needs to restart" (windows 10)
I can't access diagnosisng your PC in Windows logo and it keeps restarting.
Is there any method to go to diagnos/troubleshoot without bootable pen drive??
