Hi, thank you for this helpful video. I have a video suggestion. I have an up to date Windows 10 Pro. I opine: The power balanced option goes to send the screen to sleep, even if I set it to Never, it resets to 1 minute. If I use other power options such as best performance with never sleep, next time I switch on, it has reverted to balanced 1 minute even though I set my Razer power to default option on Never. Perhaps others have this too. Thanks & Regards, JB.

Hi, I have a xiomi laptop (chinese). I have been trying to change my display language to english from chinese. My chinese isn't amazing so it would make my life a lot easier if I could. I have followed all your steps many times. I noticed when you get to the point of adding a language there is a specific symbol which signifies that the particular language is available as a display language. Now here is the problem. none of the langauges have this symbol. So none of them are availabke to change into my display language. Really strange. Any idea why? Thanks

i cant change display language it says "you're currently offline. when you're connected go to language setting" but im online...
