For those who do not have the "Password" option, turn off the "Require Windows Hello sign-in for Microsoft accounts" and then re-open "Settings". Should solve the problem :)

What software did you use to record your password change screen? I use OBS and I can't seem to get it to record it, OBS just goes dark. I'd love to figure this out because I need to make a video tutorial for my office!

As of 0:43, the screen I have is different. I am being asked for my PIN. I don't remember choosing a PIN. But what am I seeing this screen for the PIN instead of seeing the screen that you are showing? Recently I had to restart my PC by holding volume up and the power button. After rebooting, for some reason I was asked to log in with my Microsoft Online password, instead of the password I usually sign in with (which I am guessing is for a local account).
