7:05 realize can also mean to achieve something.
"I have realized my project" means I have finished it or made it real.
"I am realizing my project" means I am on my way to make it real.

Carry out doesn't indicate an achievement. Carry out can be a synonym of "do".
"I could carry out a project without really finishing it.
