Olivier Salad

Olivier Salad is also known as Russian Potato Salad but it really isn't Russian. It's named after a Belgian man named Lucien Olivier, who was the head chef of a famous Russian restaurant.

What makes this salad different than other potato salads? Meat and green English peas turn ordinary potato salad into something special.

The family that made it for me several times never included the carrot, they added apple a few times. I did put the carrot as an optional ingredient in the written recipe.

I make this also its good but I also add fresh dill and sliced black olives its so good.

I;m russain and the potatoes should be chopped much smaller than that. Theres also boiled carrots in it (cubes)
