First no vinegar and olive oil! Second you need to dice good bologna in cubes too.
Third it was created by French chef who's
name was Olivyer in 19 th century.
And people usually cook vegetables before diceing them in cubes. Also you need to add fresh onion.

That olive oil and vinegar part seems bizarre.

Когда иностранцам рассказывают рецепт, им недоговаривают один ингредиент. Товарищи, только не вздумайте ей сообщить что туда нужно добавлять маринованные огурчики!

Unfortunately, it is not Oliver salad. Only some part of ingredients is similar, but way of cooking is incorrect if the aim is to cook Olivier. Vinegar is unnecessary as well. I suppose it just should be called Russian Salad (though it is not cooked in Russia) not Olivier 🙂

Thing, she made, is not Russian Olivier. Maybe, someone call it "Russian [Salad]", but some ingredients are absent.

1. Onion (white one, not green).
2. Carbonado or sandwich ham or boiled sausage or boiled chicken.
3. Fresh or pickled cucumbers.

And you need no olive oil. And no any other oil in salad. Oil is for mayonnaise only. And no vinegar outside of mayonnaise.

I wish there terrible voiceovers would stop! It's so rude to the star of the video. If you don't want her to talk in Italian then replace her with the right language. But dont talk over her please. It makes the video difficult to watch
