I've been away from my career for a decade for several reasons and have done a wide variety of things, only a handful of which are interesting. I love my profession and am so looking forward to getting back into it but have to admit I'm more than a little intimidated by the challenge of adequately explaining without writing a novel that no one wants to read! I am having a hard time imagining anyone wanting me with this gap, my age and the uncertainty of how well my advanced skills and abilities will be received/perceived. Hoping the next video about functional resumes will allay some of these concerns!
