It's not something that would happen in America. The wealthy of America prefer private mansions on huge acres.

And the cost of inner city living is beyond the income of most Americans. Except for subsidized housing for elderly, handicap, and low income.

Do a video about chinas biggest issue financially. The ever ageing population where there's a much larger old age group than the younger due to the 1 baby rules and the economic issues this causes including the personal debt thd people are getting in to etc. This with their human rights and isduez getting labour especially trained labor to work there could lead to big changes in the way China has to act.
