What scares me about Florida is the possibility of toxic liens. Do you have any thoughts on that? And if the South has caught your eye, i would love your take on Georgia's redeemable deeds.

Any thoughts on the Hackler v. Arianna Holdings Company, LLC court case? I've invested in tax liens the past couple years but may have been taking more risk than I originally thought. Third circuit court denied transfer of the property to the lien holder and not sure if they ever got their original investment (42k) back after property owner filed bankruptcy

Florida is one of worst states, yes you could buy tax lien but if you head to issue the tax deed keep in your mind that, anyone could has it because he paid more than you !! so you holding two year for nothing :)
