I had bought a book on how to invest in lien and deeds, I walked in with little knowledge on the city government asking about liens and quietly ignored me and told me there's no such a thing, I didn't leave and I insisted on getting my list, everyone working there pretended i was crazy. One of people incharge finally gave in and had a print out of all corporations, business and of course real estate homes, they all looked at me like how does this guy know anything about this, i was 20 years old back then, they try to keep it a secret or at least keep it within their circle ( government workers). They don't want the public to realize how it can save their homes and businesses by having this little knowledge, i consider this government employees the most evil and greedy trash there is in the world for they profit at someone else's loss, I personally know people who deny what i am telling you because they don't want anyone else on the game.especially you(referring to me, since in their eyes I'm just an ignorant baffoon).

Question: it's obvious the big banks and big investors are doing their best to cherry pick. That's just business. So how do we compete against them? A few times i went to a foreclosure auction. There were several different bank reps there with a check already made out for the closing bid on every property I was intending to bid on. I'm very acquainted with the auction industry being a farmer and furniture restoration enthusiast. I've never seen a parcel/block come up where the auctioneer took only one bid and the check was handed immediately and directly to the auctioneer. I didn't even get a chance to raise my It was though I was invisible 😅. So what was I missing? How can I keep it from happening with the tax lien certificates auctions?

Mr Ted Thomas< I'm in Florida and by the time i take your class the dates for the cert will be over. I'm in panic mode because I did register and put money for tax lien action, I cant afford to lose any money but they only took out 10%.... I had a week to study and that has turned into a day due circumstances(uncle having a stroke). I've watched this video over and over again today but news about the tax liens or deeds aren't talked about here. I asked my boss of 25yr, cpa and her husband chief of police but she was against it. Im going to continue to look at the videos you have, they are informative but I just don't want to make the mistake and miss out.

Can you ever get ownership of the home if they never pay the taxes owed or does the house get sent to another auction? I’m just trying to understand if you can end up owning the home from having the tax certificate?

Alabama has a new system in place as of last year. Can you help lay out how to work with this new system? I just moved to Alabama, and wanted to work with Tex Lien Certificates. It is a dream of mine to find, secure, and finance a decent piece of land using your methods. Please help.
