Fix: Lenovo is not shutting down (Lenovo Laptop, Desktop does not turn off)

Hello everyone, it's P&T. Recently, we purchased a Lenovo Thinkcentre M91P desktop, and we noticed that this computer never shuts down. When we click shutdown on Windows 10, the monitor goes black, but the machine is still turned on, and nothing happens when I press the power button. Does not even turn off or on from here. For does of you who have this issue, we created this video! Let's get it fixed!

Had the same problem with my Lenovo Legion y7000 laptop. Shut down didn't finish, keyboard lights stayed on. Command fixed it. Thank you! :)

Doesn't work on Ideapad Flex 5... And it happened just recently... Not sure if its due to recent updates of Win10... Gonna try see if I rollback and solve the issue...

All lights are still on after close in windows. Some sugests how it FIX?

Yes, I ran with cmd as administrator.

I've had this problem before, but I just re-installed win10 earlier today.
It's a Lenovo M71e Tower Type 3156
Upgraded from i3-2120 to i5-2400
New PSU
intel series 320 SSD
GTX 750ti

I'll post the solution if I find it.
