Why I Sleep Naked Every Night

It has always boggled my mind why people DON'T do this. They always get really immature when it's talked about, but honestly, I would never go back to clothes again. When you really think about it, of COURSE we should take the time to basically "air out" and let the circulation just be as free as possible. There's no better time for this than our 8 hours of sleep. When you research stuff about body temperature, it becomes clear that when you wear an OUTFIT to bed, it is SUCH an interruption. Think about it. The sweat pants are making your legs one temperature, then the t-shirt is making another temperature for your upper half. And depending on what you have on under the pants, that's even more of a change. Plus all the constriction. I am positive you get a better quality of sleep. No doubt about it.

I used to do this a year ago and constantly feared thst somethings wring withme 😅.. so i stopped it ...but yeah thats the most open feeling you could ever get alone ... So try it out!

And you keep your socks on to fall asleep faster. I cannot go naked to bed. I don’t feel comfortable prefer to have clothes on but can see why it’s helpful for some.

I used to to be heavy on meth(3 years clean, thank god)

I had alot of trouble regulating a sleep schedule after about a year of being clean. Sleeping in the nude has tremendously helped me. Just saying.
