Mexico has elected its first woman president – Claudia Sheinbaum. President Biden congratulated her on her historic win. NBC News' Guad Venegas and Julia Ainsley share more on the president-elect, which comes as the White House is set to announce new executive action on the southern border.

Here in Mexico, we don't care about ethnicities, color, or now with this elections, gender, for us everyone even if their last name is Perez or whatever can be the same as long as the candidat meet the criteria.
I'ts clear by reading many comments that you are not getting that it's 2024 there is no such as thing as Mexican Heritage without thinking about European influence, people wake up, people can have last names that are more typical on other countries and at least here is okay.Everything is about the capacity to meet the criteria for being a leader or president.
