For anyone wanting to run this in window mode;

Find the where the exe is located, create a new shortcut and Add --windowed in the Target box.

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam Link\SteamLink.exe" --windowed

This is cool for wireless but i just use elgato game capture and obs with blackhole for the audio. Works for switch and ps5 and so easy to hop from one to the other.

Hey, I’ve been using this method for a while, but lately I got an OLED. The screen looks so good, since there’s no Remote Play host support on the Deck, it got me wondering how to forcefully increase the desktop resolution of Steam Deck so that it outputs a higher resolution stream for the client device.
