Love to see Rose showing us how century eggs are made. We also use it in pork porridge. I find sweet ginger pickles go well with century eggs. Yet to try it this way.

I love century eggs. I'm from south east asia so the way my family eat it is we would slice the egg up into 4 pieces then put it in a mixture of sweet soy sauce and lime juice. Then add in birds eye chillies to make it nice and spicy. You can use it as a condiment for porridge or as a side dish with rice.

Rosa, I am learning new things everyday from your videos. I was puzzled to see black jellied eggs for the first time. Also the maueved chicken your husband prepared in the other video was it preserved the same way as the eggs.
