Rebounding is the hottest trend because it accomplishes everything all at once—strength training, cardio, flexibility, physical therapy, rehab, lymphatic health, improved organ function, elevated mood, better sleep, and so much more. Jumping is fun, sustainable, and powerful, but it’s important to ease into your jumping experience with curiosity and understanding. The up-and-down motion gets everything moving, including stiff joints and toxins. As joints open and toxins flush, it’s crucial to start slow, stay hydrated, and be patient. This healing and cleansing period will set the foundation for your entire jumping experience. Once you find your groove, the sky’s the limit.

Thank you Stephanie. I have been bouncing with you and Sally for the quite a few years now using your Training videos on your website and lots of your YouTube videos. I'm in the UK so these 1/2 hour classes are at 5pm here. They are wonderful and I am continually learning more from you both. I tend to do one of your 50 minute workouts in the morning then I can finish the day with these calming and grounding sessions that are always teaching me more. Thank you both for giving so much of your time..for me it is so precious and you always make me smile! BTW...I loved the terrace you were on today...the plant pots look like they are sitting on their own little rebounders! 💚🪴🌷🌺💚

I enjoy your morning class always a day later at the end of my busy days (today 8 hour early shift, looking after my dad and taking care of his garden). Oh Steph what a gorgeous background, plants, trees, the ocean...I live in the Mountains, today be our 1st rain in weeks...in upper 60's.... Haha moment, one leg bounce while the other leg is stretching, spreading our toes, ankle am more and more straighter in my posture. 10/4 Weather here has been I've been meaning to say the changes I've been noticing! And when you were talking about your help was like, "YES!" That is exactly the place where I started seeing some changes! I still have cellulite on my thighs, but it is getting The fat BELOW my knees is improving! I can't hardly believe it....I am FAR from perfect....but oh, how I'm loving the changes in my body! OH! I started a 90 day challenge. And jumping 6 days a week is PART of my goal. So far so good! Day 3! :-) On to membership routine! Thank you! (I'm typing without my glasses....so pardon any typos!!!)

Stephanie I came in later than I wanted and started at the beginning! I love the gentleness of rebounding and the mindfulness, I have been so hard on my body in past years in running and not enjoying always. I’m so grateful so grateful I jump instead came across my feed out of now where, I was depression surfing off in honest, that day I ordered a rebounder and have been at this for ten days now at first I was sick from lymphatic drainage my throat is sore today, but my body is cleansing. I am leaning into the natural cleansing and dumping the human body is designed to do. The body is an incredible machine and I could just thank you for the two of you guiding me back to find my happiness and peace I can’t say it enough!!!!

🌧🌨 thanks Stephanie! Love the scenery. Ooooo I found a new stretch for my face while we were doing the flute. I started to pull my lips back into a circle then continued as I opened my jaw and made a open to the dentist, then slowly closed my lips to kiss face. It was like a huge circle. After a few circles I reversed it. Wow it felt great! Don't know if this made any sense in words lol. I caught your live Q&A last night. It was 🎉🎉🎉🎉
