Rebounding is the hottest trend because it accomplishes everything all at once—strength training, cardio, flexibility, physical therapy, rehab, lymphatic health, improved organ function, elevated mood, better sleep, and so much more. Jumping is fun, sustainable, and powerful, but it’s important to ease into your jumping experience with curiosity and understanding. The up-and-down motion gets everything moving, including stiff joints and toxins. As joints open and toxins flush, it’s crucial to start slow, stay hydrated, and be patient. This healing and cleansing period will set the foundation for your entire jumping experience. Once you find your groove, the sky’s the limit.

I love the slapping. I used to do an Internal Energy Practice that was exactly that. Thanks for getting me back into slapping.

Another successful workout. I always feel more energized after my workout. I’ve had my rebounder for several years but since your classes I’m finding myself more motivated and finding it easier to do since you offer 15, 20, and 30 minutes workout. So it’s easy to choose depending on how much time I have. Thank you so much for these great informative videos PLUS the slapping. I’ve heard of it and was only doing it for my face but now I’m doing also with the classes. A GREAT BIG THANK YOU!!! ❤

Since showing up every day I have developed greater awareness of my muscles etc. which is very exciting. When you say to feel the bounce, the up and down of the bounce, is this a noticeable different feeling in a flexed muscle depending whether you're up or down? I haven't been able to notice this so I'm wondering whether this is still something that I'm working towards?

25 Nov 24 wake up workout done. You won’t see me in the morning which is very unfortunate but my rebounder will be packed tonight.

My feet tend to pronate when I jump, even small health bounce, is there away to keep that from happening? I think its causing a bit of pain in my knees so I want to find out how to correct that.

Just finished! I went to my orthopedic surgeon yesterday I have as Ive shared in recent comments a terrible ankle and arch injury that require fusing but he highly recommended that I continue rebounding up to and after surgery for rehabilitation. I’d like to think I could bypass surgery and heal this dropped arch without the rebounder has any one done this?
