Rebounding is the hottest trend because it accomplishes everything all at once—strength training, cardio, flexibility, physical therapy, rehab, lymphatic health, improved organ function, elevated mood, better sleep, and so much more. Jumping is fun, sustainable, and powerful, but it’s important to ease into your jumping experience with curiosity and understanding. The up-and-down motion gets everything moving, including stiff joints and toxins. As joints open and toxins flush, it’s crucial to start slow, stay hydrated, and be patient. This healing and cleansing period will set the foundation for your entire jumping experience. Once you find your groove, the sky’s the limit.

❤💯❤🥀 That view is gorgeous!! Wow, it was just so nice tonight! I wish we could all just be out in nature jumping! I hope to get to the west coast some day, it just is breathtaking! I stayed and stretched my legs for a long time after class. Then rolled my back out like a little egg. 😄 Thank you, Stephanie from the bottom of my heart. These classes give me about 3 - 4, 000 extra steps/day. I have never felt better in my life than starting a month ago. 🥰🙏

How long did it take you to reach your ideal weight using the trampoline?

❤💋🇨🇦💃🌹thanks Stephanie! Your so close...well maybe not so close lol. I'm across from Vancouver on Vancouver Island. Great workout! I actually woke up with a buzz in my body and wanted to get on my rebounder to bounce around. First time that has happened since I started in June. I hope it continues! I noticed that since I started practicing nose breathing I now very rarely mouth breath in my sleep. I asked my guest if I snored last night and she no. 🎉🎉 I used to always snore! Thank you so much for all your help in improving my health. We watched yesterday's video together this morning. She was so impressed with your instruction and technique that she is going to get her rebounder out when she gets home. One more convert! You are touching us 1 at a time! 💐

I love your workout. Thank you for sharing it! By the way, what is the difference between a Cellerciser Rebounder and a JumpSport Rebounder? I noticed that you were using a JumpSport one in your video. Can you explain the health benefits of those rebounders?❤💯👍

I lost motivation for a bit because it seems I'm using an actual mini trampoline. It's 44 inch with springs from Walmart. I did see and feel results but it truly is not as springy. Shall I still use til I get my second one?❤🎸🍁💅🏼🐞🎈🧨
