This crepe batter video tutorial will take you though the whole process step by step and will allow you to make a classic French crepe batter at home.
This is the ingredients you need ( slightly adjusted since my older video)
500 ml of milk
225 grams of plain good quality plain flour
3 good quality free range eggs (whole eggs)
40 grams of caster sugar ( white sugar)
40 gram of melted unsalted butter
2 grams of salt
For the flavouring
Orange or lemon zest (optional)
Caribbean rum or other liquor (optional)
