I like it just under medium rare for fattier cuts, just over rare for leaner cuts, and black n blue for wagyu.

I prefer my 🥩 medium rare(minimum) to well-done(maximum). But my favorite steak doneness would be somewhere in-between medium rare and medium.

Just pull your steak 10º before your desired temp since the carryover and sear will bring you to your correct doneness.

i like well because if i cook it at 71Cº (160F) it is way crispier

Costco steaks are tenderized with long needles, Striploin has to be cooked to an internal temperature of 165
degrees, well done.😝
