So for anyone struggling to get this to work, when i built this the first time it didnt work, but i later realized its because the villagers were trying to sleep/work at tables and beds that were in different rooms. so i redid the rooms and villagers just one room at a time so they would work and sleep in their own room then it started working like a charm! Not sure if this will help but thats what got it working for me

For those having an issue with Golems not spawning even after fully completing the build destroy the corner blocks next to the fletching tables so the villagers can freely move between the bed wings sometimes they link to the wrong beds or tables and if they can't do their full daily routine Golems won't spawn

Also make sure to patch the windows with glass or iron bars if you're playing in survival cause the baby villagers are 1 block tall and can walk out the base through those holes

Didn’t work at first then it worked when i individually spawned them one at a time and leveled them up by one and it worked but it was slow so i put some zombies on the corners and at the very which worked and it sped up, bit takes time for the golems to spawn

Mine isnt really producing as much as expected ive built this in hardcore in my spawn chunk left it running for over an hour and came back to less than a stack

Golems spawned really slowly, and none during the night. I added zombies on 2 opposite corners and now it works like a charm.

Quick tip: if you build this on java make another room behind the villagers room for zombies because without zombies villagers wont spawn golems at night

For people that the farm is not working for them when you get to the thing to put slabs just don’t because they cant work and then they can’t spawn iron golems and really amazing farm ty ❤❤

Bro forgot to place the zombies… so it doesn’t work. Add one more platform and place 4 zombies with name tags

I’m on bedrock and was having issues, found out from SilentWhisperer’s video the villagers have to actually be linked to the work station. Hopefully this solves your issue as it did mine

Does it have to be 4 different rooms for the villagers or can it also just be one room around the farm?

Mine isn't working and not spawning. I did everything the comments said, Delete the corners of the fletching table, and adding zombies still it din't work please fix this error.

It didn't work at first, but then i waited until i got to 10+ villagers by breeding them, and then it started spawning iron golems. I also built it all in one chunk.
