Push ups with twist 45s rest 15s
Crab toe touches 45s rest 15s
Body weight walk outs 45s rest 15s
Plank touches 45s rest 15s
Dips on chair or no chair reverse push ups 45s rest 15s
Snow angels 45s rest 15s
Closer grip push ups on fists 45s rest 15s
Laying flat on back ankle touches alternate 45s rest 15s
Seated arm raises legs straight out 45s rest 15s
Burpees 45s rest 15s

I use the 15 with Osteen videos to work on my mind and increase my stoke levels. I never do the physical workouts.
