Flax/chia seeds. Broccoli. Kale/spinach walnuts black beans quinoa Fish, egg yolks vitamin D pill and multivitamin. Dark chocolate Should cover you.

Overkill. If you are keto or carnivore, you don’t need any supplements. If you are less keto the only supplement you need is D, magnesium, enzymes. Omegas are overrated but if you eat fish or fat regularly you don’t need it.
