I’ve been making potato salad for years. I make it the same way that my mother made it and was famous for. I can’t imagine potato salad without dill pickle. I even add dill pickle juice to the dressing, which is mayo by the way and a little mustard goes a long way it adds a zip. The potato salad needs.

I agree… don’t add milk. But adding about a tsp of water for each egg makes them fluffier and keeps them from drying out when you cook them. Try it!

If it happens to be too thin just make a slurry in a cup of cornstarch and water, stir until smooth then add it in a little at a time until you reach desired consistency. Stir the whole time though
