So I never noticed that ceiling decoration the first time I did this dungeon (or until I saw this short for that matter), and I wound up just thinking "huh, this mob pull is really remniscent of Qitana Ravel".

I think my exact reaction to finally encountering the boss and seeing it was; "OH MY GOD. THIS IS AMAZING"

I didn't notice that, but saw the enemies that were reminiscent of Ronka. Got to the boss cutscene and just "SCREEE"d in chat 😅

I remember stopping dead in my tracks and saying "is that the damn great serpent" when I entered the room. Now I get a sense of glee whenever I see someone new to the dungeon also have that same pause of realization.

1. 3 Archmages from an ancient race of extremely powerful immortals
2. The warrior of light, only after being summoned across the rift via the most powerful sorcerer not including aforementioned immortals
3. THE GREAT SERPANT OF RONKA

I haven't done the side quests yet. So I'm a little sad this just flew over my head.

In hindsight, it made me happy that we finally got to meet the Source scree. 😌🙌

Honestly, between the parallels to the trolley workers on the first in the same area, the moment I noticed the dungeon music sounded like the Rak'tika Greatwood/Qitana Ravel theme, I was looking for a serpent. I'm glad I wasn't disappointed.

Oh sh, Qitana Ravel has a Source counterpart?! Ok, but when I saw the ceiling decor, I was SCREEing for the rest of the dungeon.

When I did this dungeon for the first time I sent in chat "this is giving ronka dungeon" and then the rest of the party just sent smiley emotes back and then started the final boss cutscene.

during the last trash mob before the final boss, if you look at the statues on the side that light up they become little screes

Im a known Serpent Follower in our FC. Two of my FC mates at separate times ran this dungeon while I happened to be on and immediately said "(Vaellin), when you unlock this dungeon I have to run it with you."
