the part about Judy saying goodnight is more a writing error and less an animation error, or it could be Judy referencing TV shows that signed off the show by saying goodnight, even if it's day for you, idk

The one were judy said goodnight or like smtblike that (i already forgot) i dint notic that on my first watch cause i watched it in a different language where she says (translated to english ofc) "have a good day"

When Nick tells her she's in cement, she is facing at him, but when Nick leaves, her body shifts and she's facing towards the street.

The “Thank you and good night!” could have been just a kid saying something she’s heard people say before at the end of performances so she wanted to say it as well. It’s a figure of speech.

Some of these were intentional. Saying "Thank you and goodnight" at a performance is just a nice way to close a show even if it's like 11am. The donut was also implied to be deeply stuck in Clawhauser's neck, and it just appeared again. The construction site "magically" appearing was also done to show how she was so focused on Nick that she didn't even bother with her surroundings.
