Bar syrups are Easy! I'll sho you how to make Demerara, honey syrup, grenadine, and homemade orgeat! These syrups are essential for making classic and modern cocktail. These recipes are so simple you could literally make them all in an hour in the afternoon. They will last for about 4-6 weeks in the fridge, but you can extend their life with the addition of a little vodka. If you make larger batches, you can freeze them for use later. ALSO : there is a graphic that pops up during the Rich Demerara Sugar recipe, and it says 1 1/2 cups of Demerara. That was a mistake that made it past my last defense editor "E".
