Gin Gin Mule cocktail recipe
A creation of Audrey Saunders. She considers her uncarbonated, homemade ginger beer a non-negotiable ingredient in the recipe as it contains less sugar than store bought... but it still makes a delicious drink with a store bought carbonated ginger beer. Ensure you use one that is dry and spicy. You might consider lowering the simple syrup depending on your choice of ginger beer.

- 1 mint sprig
- 1oz / 30ml simple syrup
- 1.75oz / 52.5ml gin
- 0.75oz / 22.5ml lime juice
- 1oz / 30ml ginger beer
- Garnish: mint sprig, lime wheel and candied ginger

Gin Gin Mule was one of the first cocktails I made when I started mixing drinks a few years ago and its still my summer go to and a real crowd pleaser. If you want to have it a bit fruitier try it with Tanqueray Royal. The cassis really shines in it but I would definitly use less sugar. Even in the standard recipe.

Ginger beer is assertive so had to toss and extra shot of gin in ours so that we could actually taste the gin. We like gin.

Nice so its kinda like a mojito with a twist on the gin and ginger beer .

We have made back here londo mules but those are more heavy on the ginger, this seems more focused on the gin/mojito taste
