This is so true. I have never been worried about 'germs', and being overly sterile... I haven't been sick in over 15 years. Not even a cold.

This is good information and it is important for us to be aware of the bad side of over usage of the antibiotic.

The argument that we use too much antibiotics in the West is causing a decrease in our microbiota is a joke when you see how antibiotics are used in developing countries.
I think the issue is more with having fairly consistent and largely processed-food diets. Getting the same nutrients every day will favour the same bacteria every day and doesn't make a favourable environment for new bacteria to survive. Eating foods that have been constantly washed and pre-cooked means we are not getting new bacteria through our food. Compare that to eating poorly stored, transported and prepared (but fresh) vegetables and grains, covered in all sorts of bacteria - I think that is what makes the difference.

Please manage the content of video's where feces and benefits pronounce in one sentence, As the majority of people is dangerously stupid to interpret good for health literally different.
