How to enable split screen multitasking in Android 13!

😳I had no idea you could switch the screens by double tapping the middle bar. I never thought to try that 🤦🏾‍♂️ I had given up and thought it just wasn't possible on the Pixels.That's why it's good to watch these videos. You never know what little nugget you'll get from them. 👍🏽

So many options on Samsung. It's amazing. I love being able to just grab a window from recents and drag it, not to mention be able to open the app drawer or grab a notification from the notification area via long press and drag it. You can also tap the bar within the app window (not the middle separator bar) you can choose another app, close the app, or grab it and drag to reposition or expand full screen.

For those apps that don't support split by default just go into developer options and enable force resize for all activities then restart your phone.

In OneUI5 it's also possible to slide with two fingers from the bottom edge of the screen (when an app is open) to enter split screen mode and the app selection will appear in the bottom half of the screen.

On my Pixel 6 Pro, something has changed and i can no longer adjust the size of either of the split screens. They automatically "snap" back to the center position. Otherwise, it does work well.

I used to be able to do this, however since a while ago every time I hold the app from the recent apps menu I'm directly sent to the information screen for said app instead. Is there any fix for this?

How to switch one of apps while in split screen. In 12 i just make gesture to close or open another app. Not working on 13.

Honestly, they need to make an easier gesture for split screen, just like ipad did. Otherwise, most people won't bother to use it or don't even know where it is. I'm a long term android user, but Google just lacks structure, want to bet when Apple introduces split screen on iphone they will come up with a much easier way, just like what they did to ipad?

In split mode, Android 12 use to allow me to change the bottom app after going into recent app menu, however this functionality is not available in Android 13. Is there any workaround for this?
