Learn how to force split mode on all apps on Android.
Typically, most applications on your Android have the option to open them on split screen mode. For instance, YouTube, Twitter, and other apps support split screens. However, not all apps support the multitasking window.

You can allow all applications to have split screen mode on your Android. In this video, we used the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra and it might differ from other Android phones. For this to work, you need to enable developer options on your phone.

How To Force Split Screen Mode On All Apps On Android
Make sure developer options are enabled on your phone
Once done, go to Settings
Scroll down and tap on Developer Options
Search for Force Activities to be Resizable option
Tap on the toggle icon to enable it

This will enable all applications on your phone to access the split screen mode. You'll get a notification that the application might not work well on split screen view.

Thanks. A game I usually play in split screen(since its an idle game) while I do other things suddenly stopped letting me go split screen today, but now after watching this I can go back to doing what I was doing like before. 😅

The force multi-split windows only works on apps that are flagged by the developers to use this feature. For instance, you cannot force Pandora to use this option.
