I installed the pipe to the drain hole like instructed and water is currently leaking between the drain hole and the pipe. It's going to rain here for the next 10 days and I'm so disappointed with the product.

Is more piping available to purchase? I would like to take the water furthur away from my house and I need more piping. Also in other areas of my yard, I would like to need piping on both sides or longer piping? Where can I purchase more piping from?

For use with 3" x 4" down spouts, is one hole in the basin larger than the other one? Or would we be using both holes for the larger downspout volume? Thank You.

I like the concept but I have been working for an hour trying to "simply insert" the pipe into the basin. It won't go and I've done everything instructions. Now I have to call someone to help me. I'm 77 and very independent and don't like people telling me something is simple when it is not. You need some kind of connector between the pipe and the basin. I was going to buy three more of these things but now don't think so.

1:48 I mean it’s a good product but I think it would work better if the downspout elbow was not installed upside down I wonder how you make that mistake
