I'm Russian and I can confirm that nothing changed in terms of food and drinks. They've just changed the labels.

Yea Coca Cola left Russia. But the factories are still in the same spot in Russia and making the same cola. Just not paying coke. Same as McDonald’s same store. Same burger. No Ronald.

Tbh, as a russian dude i can say that there were changes, minor ones, like... inability to buy digital goods (steam, ori... *fuck origin* and others) Supermarkets stayed pretty much the same, but yes, some things became more expensive due to export paths being changed and many brands left our country(
