All those cost about 150-250 rubles. Its around 2-3$, and as a Moscow student, I ate almost nothing but those for months

Cabbage stuffed with meat shown here is actually called lazy “golubtsi” which is deconstructed version of the dish. My mom use to make them when she was too busy or “lazy” to roll cabbage stuffed with meat.

Buckwheat is essentially a superfood. Packed full of nutrients, good calorie ratio and even has decent protein levels for a non meat produce.
