First rule of filming defense videos that may involve home damage: Film it in somebody else's home.

I like the fact that he keeps a silencer on his home-defense gun so that he doesn't wake up the wife and kids. Very considerate.

Mr Frogman I'm a middle aged lady who was stalked and just having problems feeling secure again. I carry a stun gun in my car and a 45 at home. If you could please make more post on how ladies could protect themselves better we would greatly appreciate it. Love your content and posts ❤

I like the extra deadbolt that gives you a notice when they try busting the door down and it takes a couple tries defintly gives you time to grab your stick of preferance.

The purely genuine reaction at the end was incredible! I really appreciate how you can stay light hearted while driving home the importance of the message you are delivering. I learn something new or reinforce something old every time I visit your channel. Thank you for your service and your videos!

At the end of the day, all that training went out the window as cameraman's wife kills you for the wall damage.

I appreciate all that you do for the community! Also, our mutual friend (DT) from West Texas says you’re all right…may Jesus bless us all with peace in the coming year!

Your videos are becoming even better (than before). The end was the funniest I've ever seen in defense scenarios :-)

I live alone so I have a security system I also lock my front & bedroom doors because that gives me more time to get ready. Now for my home defense the first thing I'll grab is my vest which is hanging on the wall by my bed. It has my Glock 21 in a holster on it ready to go & 4 additional mags as well. Also my LWRC SMG on a connected strap with 2 mags clipped together - both weapons has Federal Hydra Shok in them. So in a single motion I have 2 weapons with 127 rounds of 45acp. However I'll start with my Rock Island Armory VR-80 which is above my vest. The first round is chambered in bird shot # 2 in the 10 round magazine is split between 5 double bucks & then 5 slugs all firearms has lights on them. However after hearing the bird shot I don't think anyone would want to fight but I still want to be prepared just in case they do. The last resort is my karambit. EVERYONE definitely train with your firearms SAFELY.

Could you do some more videos on the hostage negotiation end of home defense? You’ve spoken about this in past videos (synchronization, deescalation, etc) and they have some invaluable information!

Smacking the Grinch with that blue and orange gold Glock was unexpected and pure comedy gold. Hahahaha

10MM full size and/or 10mm fullsize in a chasis do all be all. And for the stick method..put a nail thru it..make a spear or a nail bat

Lori, if you don't get answers let me know. Training is the best benefits for anyone n any level. You never stop learning n would encourage to also understand Point Shooting as well. Most ladies benefit with single stack 45 acp, as you are shooting 45 already. I have a Kimber Ultra Covert single stack 45 acp n absolute love it. But love Sigs, Wilson Combat ect, , ,

Another item you might consider is a Midget 4ply Sap 8-9oz. Black Jacks work too, but also too good at times. Every lady should have a midget in their purse or pocket is the best. Learn how to use one well n DON'T EVER let men know you have one. It may save your life some day. God Bless, Ty

A pistol with a decent light and red dot seems to be a reasonable choice for home defense
engagement distance is probably less than 10 yards(So no need to worry about "but AR is more accurate")
the invader would most likely not be wearing armor(common pistol rounds like 9mm or .45 probably gives you enough stopping power yet less overpenetration)
It's smaller(which is more easily to be available next to you and more agile on corners)
it is (relatively) quieter than an AR (less damage to your hearing)
If the threat surrender, it's easier to call 911 while holding it

We can have handguns and an AR in Europe. We just need a license for it.
So, sure, in most European homes, people will not have a firearm.

I would suggest a sword to them. They can be freely bought and especially the ones more focused on stabbing will get you instant stoppage power on an assailant. A random burglar without a firearm is likely to only have a knife or small club on them. A sword makes short work of those.
Machetes are also good if you want to go for cutting, cause unlike swords, their added top weight will make sure they will go through any clothing. Which can be a problem with swords vs multiple layers of modern clothing (e.g. a leather jacket will greatly decrease the damage you do with a cut).

Can you do a video on ear pressurization and the best tips for handling the noise/pressure indoors?
-
I shot an AR15, 11.5 inches in a concrete tomb-like environment. The hearing plug fell off as I was shooting. Felt like I was being stabbed with a toothpick over and over for a week.
-
Also, thoughts on using Aguila/federal mini 12 gauge shotshells…

I've always made it a point to train my family in various ways of home defense. I pray they never have to do it but we live in strange times. I keep a couple of options close to me at home a pistol and the very handy keltec shotgun. Very compact for a 18.5 barrel and good maneuverability around corners I've found
