Irina, Cost of living in Poland is cheaper than here in California U.S.A. A one bedroom apartment here in Daly City, California is $3, 000 a month plus foods, utilities, etc. You must earn at least $6, 000 a month net. This is only for single person.

There is no point in renting for a long time. If you had bought the apartment 2 years ago, it would be worth 30% more now. So even if you had to move, selling would give you a lot of capital.
