Hi, I am trying to do a fresh install with 24H2. I have tried using the same version of Rufus you are using and I never get the "Windows User Experience" pop up screen. Do you have any suggestions ? I am trying to setup Windows without a Microsoft Account. . . I have also tried using previous versions of Rufus as well . . . . . thnx

Hi.I did a clean install using the Windows Media Creation Tool and not the ISO . During the installation there was not the options as I see in 2:50( BitLocker, Data Collection, etc).Do you suggest doing it again or it;s not so important the Bitlocker thing?Thanks.
