I was trained by a company kinda extensively, I found sucess my first two weeks, got that flu that's going around, missed a week of work and lost my confidence. I tried to go to the doors today and it was just ugly, I will say i still don't feel good at all so maybe that's why I lost my confidence but the doors were not good today lol. About the rate hikes, I did some research and found from IPART NSW Retail Electricity Market Monitoring Report 2023-24, that bills have increased in nominal terms in NSW in Australia by 22-36% over 10 years, but in real terms they haven't changed much, like between 4% in the Endeavour network, or 0% in the Ausgrid network, or -7% in the the Essential Energy network. So a switched on prospect could pick up on that, so that could make selling around rate hikes less effective.

Thanks, this is very helpful and I was pausing to take notes every moment. Not sure about the US but in Australia, residential solar PPAs are not very common, so it might possibly be more helpful to re-angle this for selling solar (paying upfront or on a payment plan)

My D2D sales manager tells us to LOOK PROFESSIONAL. But our uniform is the standard sales getup like you described 😭😭, i keep my ID in my pocket though .
