Here is what i found helpful in recreating those 5 tones.

Concerned. - hand on your chest. speak slow....downward tone... stretchh the sound.. What if.. you couldnt ...get the problem...
Curious tone - use a rollercoaster type of sound of up and down, with a bit more up tone.. Oh reaLLYYY? HOW do you do THATTTT?
Challenge tone - Fast pace, logical. No smile.
Playful tone- Speak medium to fast pace with a smile or smirk while saying it.
Confused tone - frown your eyebrows... angle your head a bit left or right. can angle the shoulder a bit too. Speak slowly.... Ex: Waittt... soo.. what exactly... are you.. doing... here? (Frown eyebrows, head angled sideway)
