I did this. Woke up at 3, trained at 4. Then I didn’t train again for 3 years. 😂

My coach told me in pop warner. No days off.
If you take every weekend, holiday, birthday, and sick day (roughly 110 days a year )off from working out or your diet it will only take 4 years for you to be 1 year behind someone who didn't take any days off. That's why at the very least if I have no gym equipment or access to any good running tails I can do push ups, bodyweight squats, and maybe pull ups. Also yoga if I'm completely drained or sore from a previous day. If I have a cheat day I will plan it out and at least meet my protein requirements.

In the first example you slept 10 hours and in the other you slept 5 hours. You merely sacrificed sleep time for practice…I suppose argument can be made: in the first example you had an uninterrupted practice and higher quality of training (3A-8A) which is where the true benefits come in.

if you have access to training facilities around the clock...
then this doesnt make any sense at all.
If you start at 4 am and then go to sleep at 9pm or if you start at 10am but you can go on until 3am .. doesnt make ANY difference at all .

This is stupid he took large breaks between sessions in the first example short breaks between sessions the second example and said his exrra sessions were because he got up early no wonder he got in a low flying helicopter on a foggy day & died
