As someone who is a perpetual night owl, I agree with you. I felt my very best when I woke up early 4 or 4:30AM and did a workout then got my day started. I usually worked 8:30AM to 6PM then played volleyball in the evenings. Got home, showered and was usually in bed and asleep by 9PM. Lost weight, had a ton of energy and got everything done around the house. My most focused time yet.

Yes I agree. Every time that I go to bed between 8-9pm I end up waking up between 2-4 am. I feel super relaxed and peaceful lol! I use that time to think things out clearly.

Exactly what I have found 👏 As soon we are getting sleepy it's time to go get ready for bed. You have a window of about 90 min. If I go past that the wake cycle starts.
Turn down the lights, turn off the phone, thank God for the day and let go of the day. When I wake I wake. Feeling bad because you wake up at 2, 3, 4am doesn't produce a better life. Just let it be. We are happier for it.

I have chronic insomnia and one of the many things that help is just what he said. I go to bed at 8pm and up at 4am. It’s a weird schedule but it helps!

Also adding on to that. Waking up early now vs. Having been at one point, a person who woke up at 12pm, sometimes even 3pm just because, has been the best decision I've ever made. Once having had everything from higher cholesterol, pre-diabetic, digestion issues, overweight in my early 30's- now am running, lifting, eating cleaner, thinking clearer than i ever have in my whole life. Stop thinking about just go do it. Go all in on your health. You can have all the worst financial problems and personal problems in the world... until your health is comprised that is... at that point you literally have 1 problem... dont let that happen. If you've read this far i really do believe in you. LFG! 💪💪💪

I only sleep three or four hours at a time. I get more done that way. I don't mind taking a nap in the middle of the day though sometimes. I'm 68 years old I'm going to make the best of the time I've got left and not sleep at all the way😂❤

Ayurveda divides the day into 3 distinct parts that are based on the 3 doshas: the functioning principles of Vata (Wind & Ether) dominates during the time of 2am - 6am, as well as 2pm - 6pm. Those are the times when our energy is influenced by the light quality of Vata. At 4:00am Vata is at its height. That is why people wake up a lot at that time. At the height of Vata in the afternoon - at 4:00pm - people tend to run out of energy, they become less focused and more chatty. Which is also a quality of Vata.
