Ever since I was diagnosed with osteoporosis in March of this year all I've done is obsess about my bones I'm treating my osteoporosis naturally and all I ever think about is my bones Best foods supplements exercise for my bones I keep forgetting the rest of my body needs nutrition as well, osteoporosis has taken over my mind but I'm trying to balance things out because I'm also trying to put on muscle and I know I have to focus my diet on not only bone strength but muscle building, and now I'm worried about oxalates! I just learned that oxalates prevent the body from absorbing bone building minerals AAAWW it's overwhelming! I love eating healthy and exercising it's just so hard and with oxalates should I really be worried about oxalates? What can I do to not be so obsessive always worrying about my bones all the time?

Dr.Brown. I'm a Canadian in my 60s. I've been told I've lost 10% of my bone health. After a poor bone mineral density test, my doc wants me to have Evenity injections. (I can't tolerate oral alendronate.)
I have had two total hip replacements, but since then I don't seem to fracture bones when I fall at all! I am afraid to damage my whole system with drug treatments.
Do I need to submit to this?

Francesca, I surely hope you look after your soul the way you look after your body. You're doing good,
