Assuming digestion is working well and the stomach/small intestine are doing their jobs very well, could one of the problems with conventional dairy be that it is pasteurized? I have read A LOT of anecdotal information about how the heat from the pasteurization process denatures the milk proteins, fats, and vitamins & minerals. The calcium in a pasteurized dairy product has been changed to something our bodies have trouble recognizing. I searched for a local farm that sells raw goat milk and boy does it make a difference, it goes down so smoothly and has no digestive upsets whatsoever.
